Controlling allergens in food manufacturing and in foodservice outlets in difficult and expensive but is vital for the wellbeing of those who suffer from severe allergies.

Speaker Bio:

Bob Trice is an independent consultant to food and nutrition organisations, with extensive commercial experience in ‘free from’, medical nutrition and health foods. He is currently working with the severe allergy charity, the Anaphylaxis Campaign, to develop relationships with companies, trade associations and regulators.
