Chef Damian Wawrzyniak is probably best known for his stint on BBC2 with Mary Berry when she decided to look at how different communities around the UK celebrate Easter. Chef Damian showed Mary how to cook Babka Cake and the nation was mesmerised. Days later Felicity Spector writing in The Telegraph proclaimed “It’s the year of the Babka!”

Only 1000 miles away from UK, with flight time only 2 hours once you land there and decide to eat traditional Polish Food, you will find different cooking techniques, different ingredients and completely unknown flavours. This is due to very cold winters, hot summers and very strong attachments to culinary traditions.
