Speaker Bio:

Richard has extensive broad food industry and global supply chain experience. He is experienced in food production, assurance, experience includes ingredient production food assurance, certification, testing consulting and training. Richard is especially experienced in designing and deploying identity preservation systems to both mitigate and manage risk whilst supporting robust consumer claims. Richard’s work has meant extensive involvement in the development of socially responsible and environmentally sustainable standards for soy and sugar cane.
